Appreciate and understand differences

Tools such as MBTI and TMSDI give you a new acceptance and appreciation of yourself and others. Both are based on online self-assessment questionnaires from which you get a report that provides you with personal insights.

Personality Types

MBTI

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator is a reliable tool to identify different personality types. Based on C. G. Jung, it was developed by Katharine Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers in 1940 and regularly modernized since then. MBTI gives you a new acceptance and appreciation of yourself and others.

I recommend MBTI to explore your own preferences and develop as a leader e.g. as part of your coaching. MBTI can also be used for an entire team.

TMSDI

The Team Management Profile developed by Margerison-McCann is a psychometric tool that shows how to develop a high performance team. The report shows you how you can best contribute to team success and how you are likely to lead and manage. TMSDI links personal preferences with team roles. It shows you where there may be a dominance of certain types in your team.

I recommend TMSDI to develop your own team. In that case I suggest that you use the tool with your entire team and run a facilitated team-workshop.

What I can offer you:

I am certified and experienced with both tools. As your coach I can support you in the process of using the tool and more importantly in the process of making sense of the results gained through the self assessment report. Together we will identify concrete measures or actions if appropriate.
